手機(jī)企業(yè)遭美國337調(diào)查名單：OPPO，vivo 等上榜

2月15日，美國Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其多項(xiàng)專利權(quán)，專利權(quán)的美國編號分別為“6,583,012”、“6,797,572”、“7,009,226”、“7,880,236”、“9,373,548”。
因此，該美國公司請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿(mào)易委員會將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。
除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
